Check out the following steps on how to remove stains from baby clothes.
Stain removal steps
Remove excess
Remove any excess from the garment before rinsing under cold, running water. The higher the water pressure, the easier it will be to remove stains.

Pour
Pour Dreft Stage 1: Newborn Detergent from either the bottle or the cap onto the stain, covering it completely.

Pre-treat
Create a soaking solution by adding 1 ounce or 1 ½ tablespoons of Dreft per gallon of warm water. Soak the garment for up to 30 minutes, keeping it submerged by placing a white towel on top.

Dose
Use the cap to dose the correct amount of detergent, following the instructions on the packet. Pour it into detergent dispenser if you have a high-efficiency machine, or directly into the drum.

Load
Load the stained clothes into the washer.

Wash
Follow the instructions on the garment’s care label before choosing the right wash cycle.

Unload
If the stain persists after washing, repeat the previous steps before tossing it in the dryer, as drying will set the stain.

Orange stains, be gone! Keep in mind that squash baby food stains are not the only kind of stains your baby's clothes can acquire at dinner time. Moms and dads have many other kitchen messes to contend with, such as green bean baby food stains and apple baby food stains. But it’s also important to wrap your newborn in loving care and in clean fabric that’s gentle on your baby’s skin. Dreft Stage 1: Newborn Detergent helps remove tough stains while its hypoallergenic formula is gentle on your baby’s skin.
